WE are starting to see the power of this beast.
It will slowly retrograde or curl SW and that is when we get teh worst of teh storm winds, blizzard like conditions adn power outages on top of the 85K in EPA without power and some 15K on LI.
Don’t get me started on the NWS and teh TV pro Mets – one word – IGNORANCE!!!!!!!!
There is a warm tongue of air stick in teh middle of this system that is incredible – means it is raining in the green tongue:
The NAM model has done best with this storm my new favorite model since its upgrade in teh spring.
Look at the dark green circulation of heavy snow just training over us and this will be for a good number of hours till about 7pm ish
Peak winds and instenity is going to be around 5PM – hate to say it but that is when this will happen:
Affected customer are ones without power
