To my weather weenies who have endured this abysmal winter which back in December looked so promising went to the toilet in a flash on us. BUT have no fear winters last stand is coming, and it’s only!! I thank you all for your patience with this. There has not been much to talk about this winter for this area at all since it was really not winter but more like fall with a few shots of arctic air.
Cold shot tonight through this weekend and the pattern looks to finally get active in a good wintry way.
Saturday Night into Sunday we can be looking at .5″ to maybe a .75″ of white gold.
Monday into Tuesday
Snowstorm possibly, do not want to jump the gun and get ahead or give bad juju to this storm. Looks to be from RT 78 North that if the EURO is correct, please be right for once again, would give us the best snowstorm of the season!!

Jim Witt is a phenomenal long range forecaster who has a calendar where the money he raises from the purchase of each calendar goes to children in need in the Hudson Valley – cancer, adoption homes, etc. The back of his calendar has special dates to watch for storms. We”’ he called the pre xmas eve storm and said the next dates to watch are March 3-5th for an intense east coast storm. How can he make such BOLD and accurate calls you ask? No he doesn’t confer with AL Q or Lonnie Q but he uses planetary alignments and sun cycles. Incredible. Made these predictions………6 yeasr ago….and he has such perdictions atht he tweaks each year giong out to ….2023!!!
