The snow Saturday underperformed a little from what I called for. It wasn’t 1-2″ but more like .5 – 1.5″. What a beautiful scene to wake up to, wasn’t it? I know my snow royalty family were joyful waking up to this and we’ll do it again Thursday. So says the EURO model.

Peeps it seem to be almost every year around this timeframe of MLK Day we have a storm, either rain or snow. This time it will be snow. Jim Witt, an incredible long-range forecaster back in September said “watch for a coastal type storm Jan 20-21st plus or minus 2 days on each side. SO, meaning Jan 18 -23rd time frame. The latest EURO Model says Mr. Witt is going to nail this…..yet again.
His other dates you ask? Two in February.
Sunday Night the 19th
How much? It could be 3-6″ or it could be 6-10” BAZINGA!!

Arctic Blast 2.0
This one is going to be a bigger arctic blast than the one we just experienced this past week. Yes, the it was cold and the winds were relentless all due to the High-Pressure System over Greenland and the deep low-pressure system over Newfoundland that screwed up last weekend’s storm for us ARGGHHH!!!
It starts about Jan 19th and will run through the 25th -27th time frame. An old school gripping Arctic Blast that will cause major infrastructure issues if it verifies, all the way to the gulf coast!!

Extremification of all events
Peeps I said in my new year predictions for 2025 that extremes would ramp up. They are and will continue to do so. Now have we had them here as of late…..NO!! Our time is coming to an end. The magnetic pole shift, excursion is ramping up, the suns cycle of high energy is climaxing this year as well and well so many other cycles are overlapping intersecting these next few years.
Watch for a big earthquake as a huge coronal hole facing earth hits our planet tomorrow. Usually within 7-10 we have major shaker and or a boomer – that is a volcano. Storm are getting worse and happening in places that have never seen such at all or in 100 plus of years.
Lastly, to our brother Paul Schaefer who God the Father called home today. God had a plan for him and us too but we never know what that is until it occurs. Every day is blessing. He was the epitome of a hardworking, altruistic man who had a funny sense of humor but loyal and gratitude to his friends and family like no other. Pauly, God has called you home but we know that you will always be with your family at the Highlands. You will be sorely missed by all who knew you but one day we shall all be together again in God’s kingdom. RIP my friend.
