Been a week since I last posted. Not much was happening weather wise peeps – Karl went way OTS and Lisa did the cult jam thing and was lost in ocean (emotion) – BAHAHAHAHA!! Get that one Zungoli – I know you loved this era and LL&CJ music (Lisa Lisa and the Cult Jam)
Now this fall intrusion did not fail as I reported last week peeps – frost in the Hudson valley and temps hit the mid 30’s to low 40’s from the Hudson valley to NNJ. This week is going to be basically below normal with fall like temps and rainy dark days overall. We will see our 1st Nor’easter of this season at the end of the week – Thurs/Friday and albeit weak it could be a significant sign going forward pattern wise if we get follow up systems.
Speaking of I am keeping an eye out for one storm in particular that I called in my summer outlook – my son Matthew. This is going to be very interesting and lots of information as we move towards the end of this week.

1012 MB type system that will form and move its way up the coast into our area Thursday/Friday wind and rain – winds could be around 20mph with a pressure gradient forming with a High Pressure system that is going to park over the Maine region.
Looking at 2″ of wetness maybe more through Friday from Mr. Nor’easter

Now for why I am watching my son who when he sleeps can turn an army made bed into a pile of straw/hay in one nights sleep. What am I saying is that we are looking at a tropical cyclone forming over the tropics and models are showing what could be another scary scenario – not the boy who cried wolf here , no way no how just report what information I have been digesting since yesterday.
Matthew woudl be his name and destruction woudl be his game – IF this scenario plays out then the USA woudl have to really worry from Fla to Nova Scotia.
The set up in the Euro has a deep trough blue color over middle USA which mean this wont go west into the Bayou or Tex ass but push it more east and with the red above Nova Scotia it cant bully its way out to sea so then what will he do? He will ride teh coast and make landfall somewhere in teh middle atlantic or new england – he will ravage teh coastline in this scenario.
GFS has him go OTS to seas and then recurve 350 miles into cap cod/gulf of maine as a Category 3 hcane and damage our area as well.
LOTS OF TIME. You know I will be keeping an eye out on this cause the possibility is there.
