The latest Recon flight into Fay shows she has strengthened a bit down to 998 MB with peak winds up to 63 mph (orange area)now here is the latest flight data. And she has developed an eye – she will be stronger than originally thought and model depiction by a bit.

Winds 15-25mph with gusts up to 40mph in NNJ NYC Metro
