Tropical Force Winds – gas up the Generator!!
As the blizzard and very powerful storm lashed the upper Midwest and western NY state last night and this morning we will feel it wrath tonight through tomorrow as this storm explodes over SE Canada. The winds will be gusting to upper Tropical force strength of 50-60MPH and high Wind Warning has been issued for the entire region!
WOW this map looks a tropical map instead of a winter map 13 states with Tropical Force winds – tan, red colors – this is sustained winds = winds that last for 60 seconds wow!

According to the latest numbers released by officials as of Friday afternoon:
- Flagstaff Airport: 40.1 inches
- Prescott and Williams: 20 inches or more
- Payson: 24 inches
- Heber-Overgaard: 28 inches
- Pinetop-Lakeside: 32-37 inches
- Show Low: 24 inches
- Cave Creek/Carefree: 9-12 inches
- Globe: 10 inches
- Scottsdale McDowell Sonoran Preserve: More than 7 inches
- Wickenburg: Quarter inch
- New River: Quarter inch
Flagstaff had a record-shattering Thursday, receiving 31.6 inches of snow — more than it’s ever seen over the course of one day. This beats the previous record of 31 inches set on Dec. 30, 1915.

If you did not know but low solar means more cloudy days as well as the water vapor particles get to coagulate and have a party where sun spots help evaporate these particles and break up the parties like what my son experienced yesterday at St. Patty State day at PSU!!

Well it may start the end of February Thursday into Friday snows possible though light in nature – a mix is on the table. Watch for mixed precipitation in NNJ – freezing rain, drizzle, sleet and maybe some snow can we eek out another 1-3″ storm and get a DO??? Possibly
