What a day following the models and watching the ice accretion maps that were showing just absolutely CRAZY EDDY type amounts!!
Take the down by about 75%………at least I am hoping and thinking. If this ever verified we’d be paralyzed and living in the dark ages for a while (like a week). Told Magretto who hails for H’town I’d see her on Wednesday….maybe…….Thursday then LOL!
Snow will be about 2-4″ across NNJ like I called two days ago.
Ice .15 -.50″ plus for NWNJ look at the ice map below.
Timing is a bit later and the wintry weather will last until midish morning 10 AM for areas east of say Rt 17 and until about 6PM for NW NJ areas as teh cold air is tough to scour out.

DO – Delayed openings are flying told Walshy the grappler from Rye today – bet the DO and 60/40 for the NS (No School) I think I’ll up the ante to 70/30 NS for many but NW NJ in Western Passaic, Morris, Sussex and Rockland and Northern Westchester are almost a lock for no school.

Gonna be a fun night and morning commute – stay home if you can or go in late.
Oh and a very cold shot of arctic comes in tomorrow through Friday. WE’ll see about this weekend, the models lost the storm so we’ll see.
With this cold air we’ll have snow showers and snow squalls which will help whiten the ground.
Snow Queen & Princess will be Ice Queen and Princess LOL!
We’ll look at this manana and see how I did.
