Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Suffern Community on their tragic loss of a beautiful 16 year old high school sophomore who was killed in what appears to be a alcohol related car accident at 3AM Saturday morning after being at a parry. The IRONY of this is the accident happened to be on my wife’s old roommate and friend’s property. Woke her and her husband from their sleep when hey heard the massive boom and saw the car knock down the telephone pole adn hit a tree on her front lawn. Her son was out earlier that evening with the young girl who was tragically killed older sister earlier that evening. The girls mother is a teacher in Pearl River and both communities are grieving. My wife and a few of the Weather Weenie followers of this blog are part of this surreal event.
Folks, life is to short and it can be cruel at times. I pray that this family and invite you all to do so with me in them finding God’s strength, love and support during this time through each other. It is a tragic event that gives us all time to pause adn reflect on our own being. May she rest in peace and be welcomed into the God’s Kingdom in Heaven.

Wednesday and Thursday peeps will feel like summer with temps in the mid 80’s – WOO HOOO and tops will be down….on cars of course, golfers G Bach, Rob C, Kellar and Asplint will be teeing off for an 18 rounder on either day. Check it out as the great John Cougar Mellencamp once sang:
