The worst fear happened with Mike last week when he RI=Rapidly Intensified into a borderline CAT 5 – the strongest of all hcanes on this planet, his winds were clocked at 159 mph and gusts of 178 mph making him a top grade CAT 4. He reshaped the coastline of Florida, the death toll will be much much higher – Miami Dade F&R were some of the fist responders in and they stated, “We are not talking death toll at this time though we expect it to be high since many did not evacuate and are missing”!!
