...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy wet snow. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4
  inches, with localized amounts up to around 5 inches, are
  expected, especially at higher elevations.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Eastern Passaic and Western Bergen
  Counties. In Connecticut, Northern New Haven County. In New
  York, Rockland and Northern Westchester Counties.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM EST Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions, including
  during the evening commute. Damage to trees and power lines is
  likely. Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for wet snow means periods of wet snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
driving. Check local Department of Transportation information
services for the latest road conditions.

Be careful out there commute tonight is going to be terrible in the elevation areas of 
Passaic, Bergen, Sussex, Morris, Rockland and Westchester counties.
If that comes to fruition all hell breaks loose under those deep blue bands later today
