We made and I witnessed meteorological history – it snowed 2 days in May!!
11:30PM May 8th – observed wet snow mixing with rain and temps at 38*
12:00 AM until 1:15AM – observed wet snow mix to a moderate wind driven all snow precipitation
Measurable Amount – Trace!!!!
My friends up in Franklin NY (Rich and Carol, Geurci’s land = DOUBLE BOOOOM!) – about 80 NW of us here – called it for them 3″ of white GOLD!!

MAY SNOWIER THAN FEBRUARY LOL!!!!
All 6 of our climate sites (EWR, NYC, BDR, LGA, JFK, ISP) reported a T of snow early this morning. Officially, the month of May has the exact same amount of snow as the month of February for 5 of these sites.
