What a miserable stretch of weekend rainy weather we have had. Apple and pumpkin picking on hold but this weekend it will make up.
Frost overnight for many as the temps drop into the mid 30’s. Can you spot the UHI (Urban Heat Island) Effect?? Ridiculous, ten years ago top half of Bergen County would have been in this easily, 20 years ago all of Passaic and Bergen Counties would have been under Frost advisories. AND why? Population and construction boom!!!
Indian Summer after for Thursday through Saturday at temps hit mid to upper 70’s. I’m sure Newark will break a record cause they always due and why again? The temperature sensor is at the end of the runway and next to the 12 lane NJ Turnpike. Skewed much??
