From the Extreme Weather Alerts in Europe, yes it will be hot and will last a good 10 days but nothing compared to what has happened in the past. 1911 saw a heat wave that killed tens of thousands in Europe and the stories were somewhat brutal as it was in America in 1933, 35, and 36 heat waves as well as 1911.
Antarctica the land mass no one gives a rats arse about for sure BUT it recorded the coldest temperature …. since? …ever? with -80c which equals -112 degrees Fahrenheit below zero!!! New Zealand, Australia, Argentina are all reporting record cold and snows as winter settles in.

Hail has been and I said this month’s again in a write up that we are going to and will continue to see record sized hail and derecho’s which are a severe line of t-storms in a continuous rail car line. They pack winds of 80-100 mph plus and massive hail and deluge rains as they sweep through. Iowa, Minnesota and the Dakotas got hit by one recently. These derechos’ generated green skies, very alien like and scared the bejesus out of these folks. Imagine if that EVER happened here, green skies. War of the Worlds scene right there.

June temperatures worldwide were .06 degrees above normal. I ask you when looking at this chart, do you see runaway, catastrophic global warming where we have 7 – 12 years left on this planet or else?? Oh I was told this in 1988, again in 1995, and 2001, 2006, 2011 etc. etc. Guess what, NYC is not under water nor are the Maldives Islands, the glaciers on the north pole have not all melted not have the ones in Glacier National Park or the Alps region. We are actually getting colder overall faster the monstrous El Nino events and the solar flare bombardment our planet has endured.

These both mean we are short withour food source by 8 million of acres of these two staple of our food. This does not tak einto account the sprouting and condition of the plantings. I know my garden is about 3 weeks were it was this time the last two years due to the colder May and June.
Theme is to stock up before it hits the fan come the fall.
Hcane
We should start to see an uptick in the possibility of tropical disturbances and waves as they are called once we get this Kelvin Wave in the atmosphere gyrating. This will help percolate the atmosphere for development of storms. We’ll see come in the next 10 days were we are at with this if it is coming to fruition or we’ll have to wait a bit more. Remember prime time for hcane development is August through late September.

Model Upgrade
The GFS which stands for the Global Forecasting System and is the American Weather Forecasting Model will be getting an overhaul. FINALLY, we are putting a great deal of money into this forecasting computer model which has been lacking all these years but has been better since its last upgraded a few years ago. Like anything else that last upgrade had to prove its worth, like you and me with work in order to ask and attain more! They will also be rolling out a new hurricane forecast model that will be much more precise than what we currently have in place. This all is excellent news for it will be able to give forecasters more lead time to alert the public of what is to come.
