Well this is the 1st Barney Alert possibly fo rthis season and since 2021 winter since I do not recall thorugh my record we had any last year from checking.
Recap: Saturday Snow Showers came in the morning and noon instead of later in the day – what else is new with things and the weather!! I had about .2 on my snow board adn a nice light coating on the ground. Did not stick to the pavement as the warm winter temps cancelled thsi from happening. Ramsey reported 1.0 and SPring Valley reported 1.6″ so it verified a bit more than I called for .25 -.75″ and came in quikcer than expected. SNowshowers stayed to teh North mostly of the region.

Monday: Starting Time at about 7PM and snowing thorugh until Tuesday mid afternoon at this time.
They usually move through faster so we can expetc this to be over by late morning but the damage in NNJ, HV, and CT will be done.

CALI is having historical weather!
It is all due to the magnetic pole shift of the planet and the Sun’s cycle as we enter into the Grand Solar Minimum which effects the jet stream tremendously from an east to west flow to a more Meridional Flow North to South. Expect more extremes as we moved deeper over the next decades (plural yes) into this cycle.

31 yeasr as veteran teaching starting in Paterson and then Jersey City were I as a buff 21 ansd 22 year old was confronted by students, broke up a fight that casued me to use my physcial stature and tyhen up to NH where I actually had a student in 2 occassion walk straight at me and gave me look and I stood my ground as he moved and just stared at me. I had another student as I opend the door to go into the building was walking out walk staright at me and I turned slightly so as to not make physical contact with him as he starred at me. These students were not true Highlanders to put it truthfully in more wasy than one BUT it is out there.
