Mobile here tonight but a quick post on the potential for a snowstorm Saturday evening through early Sunday morning. Do you know why it will be bigger than what the pro tv mets are forecasting you ask? Cause they are not calling for a crippling blizzard instead 1-3″ !! You should be cautious when this is the call.
Gfs showing 4-6/7″ NNJ, LHV and all of LI, NYC as well.
SREFS have come in wetter as well
SREFS showing a half inch of liquid which equals about 6″ of snow yikes.
Okay so in retrospect March 10 to 20th I called and it is coming to fruition.
10th -3.5″
13-14th – 13″
18-19-???
So far we have or I have here in H’dale 41.5″ of snow on the year. Guess what, we are above normal snowfall for the year!!
Stella update retrospect of the storm write up to come out this weekend. 25 miles is all we needed with this ugghhhh!!
