Wow, it’s going to get hot again this weekend into early next week. Trough centered over south-central Canada will put nearly the entire nation under a west-southwesterly flow. The ridge in the west is going to collapse eastward over the weekend.

After a brief break with the heat mid-month, the GFS suggests we’ll get right back into the oven by the end of the month. Wonderful just in time for school!
(Me)This may be a good time to keep an eye on the tropics, too as i said in my last post that the models are toying with the idea of bringing a trop storm system up the eastern seaboard. We shall see………..
Enjoy this glorious day for it will be the last low humidity and 3 H for a awhile – so much for August being slightly below avg temps wise – we may finish scorchingly above (like 3-5* if this pattern holds)!!!!
