Folks,
It’s been a looonnggggg time since I last posted on March 12th. I have been very busy with school events and family happenings. Two major family happenings are my oldest son graduated and defended hi thesis at the University of Tennessee this past April. His thesis in neuroscience retinal research and earned an acceptance to work on his PhD at University of Delaware under a renowned neuroscientist researcher Dr. Tim Vickers. We are very proud and excited for him. Also, Momma Mugs is very happy since he is now 2hours and 15 minutes away instead of 11 hours!!! Our youngest son made history with the Quinnipiac Men’s Ice Hockey Program by being invited to be the play by play radio announcer for them at the NCAA Division 1 Men’s Ice hockey Frozen (Final) Four in Tampa Bay, Florida. We went to support him and also to experience what would be history. He called both games and the game winning goal which he videotaped himself and his partner (color analyst) in calling the biggest goal in the program’s history and that of the school too. The school’s first NCAA Championship!! His call went viral and his clip was played on MSG 150 in between the second and third periods of the Rangers Game. He also graduated Quinnipiac University Mother’s Day weekend and we are happy and proud of him as well.
This summer has been short of normal summer weather so far and we have had a big trough sitting over the Norther Eastern section of the country bringing us much below temperatures which has been very refreshing and this wet weather we are experiencing this week so far and this upcoming weekend.

Tuesday is gonna be a boomer, T-Rex type day with strong to severe thunderstorms possible area wide!

Some very heavy t-storms that may produce hail and even a possible tornado or two in those cells so be on the weather alert system for this.

Next 10 days show a pretty wet and cool set up

Saturday is Chilly

High Temps in upper 60’s to 70: that is 14 -15 degrees below normal!!

50’s for some Friday night and Saturday morning to 60 dgrees!! Is this summer or early May??

Hcane forecast: Looks to be about normal this year
